1. Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

We ship to all addresses within Singapore. Standard shipping rates apply at checkout, calculated based on item weight and size.

Free Shipping: On all orders over SGD $50.
Processing Time: 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time: 3–5 business days.

2. Fragile Items Handling

All our porcelain items are fragile ceramics. We use professional packaging materials including thick bubble wrap, foam inserts, and reinforced cartons to ensure safe delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please see our Return & Refund Policy.

3. International Shipping & Import Duties

We ship worldwide. International orders are subject to the following terms:

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office to estimate these charges before placing an international order.
Delivery times for international shipments typically range from 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing speed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, local postal backlogs, or import restrictions in the destination country.
