Return & Refund Policy — Dehua Blanc Ceramics

We want you to love your Dehua Blanc porcelain. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and undamaged.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your porcelain arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please email us at blancchina.store@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. Personalized or custom-made items are also non-returnable.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective due to our error. In that case, we will cover the return shipping cost.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product or variant, please contact us. Exchanges are processed as a return and a new order.
