1. Nature of Handcrafted Ceramics

Our products are handcrafted by artisans in Dehua, China, using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Because each piece is individually shaped, glazed, and fired at high temperatures, minor variations in shape, size, color, and glaze finish are to be expected and are considered part of the beauty of the work.

These variations are not defects and do not constitute grounds for a return or refund. Such characteristics may include:

     
  • Slight differences in dimensions (±1-2cm).

  • Minor glaze unevenness or color variations.
    •  
  • Small kiln marks, "pinholes," or subtle texture differences inherent to the Blanc de Chine firing process.

2. Product Representation

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of digital photography and individual monitor settings, the actual color of the porcelain you receive may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

We do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on this site will be error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

3. Limitation of Liability

Dehua Blanc Ceramics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, including but not limited to breakage after delivery, misuse, or improper handling.

Once the package is signed for by the recipient (or delivered to a safe location as per carrier instructions), the risk of loss transfers to the customer. We strongly recommend inspecting your package for visible damage before signing for it.
